    The Primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to sell iLAB’s revenue cycle and services solutions: to organizations within an assigned geographical territory.

    The Sales Executive is responsible to meet and or exceed the assigned quote for their respective territory. The Sales Executive reports directly to the General Manager: Sales and Marketing.

    Responsibilities are focused on independently managing an assigned territory, including:

    • Ensure his/her territory achieves or exceeds required sales targets;
    • Ensure territory coverage to touch all opportunities on a scheduled basis;
    • Independently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with iLAB operational/training resources to leverage prospects/clients;
    • Identify prospects where iLAB’s services can be sold;
    • Target and obtain appointments with potential and existing clients;
    • Contact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how iLAB’s services can meet or exceed these needs;
    • Present iLAB’s solutions from beginning to end including working with alliance partners to demonstrate iLAB’s capabilities;
    • Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on individually or team assessed needs of potential clients;
    • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts on iLAB’s CRM system;
    • Other duties as assigned by the national Sales Manager;
    • Ability to demonstrate ROI and high value-add to existing and potential clients;


    Overall the Sales Executive should possess the skills necessary to manage an assigned territory and deliver on assigned revenue targets. These abilities include:

    • Understanding of the SQA marketplace, including other value added services that iLAB offer;
    • Demonstrated experience in consultative selling to C level management in the defined client base;
    • Strong sales skills, including internal reporting;
    • Demonstrated experience in developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible opportunities;
    • Expertise in account management;
    • Proven ability to achieve goals and revenue targets;
    • Close working relationships with all operational areas within iLAB;
