To accomplish this, we automated 396 workflows covering critical functions in the system. Automating the workflows saved time and reduced the likelihood of errors or defects. Our customer satisfaction surveys consistently averaged over 3.53 out of 5 in the last 5 years, indicating that our strategies were effective in meeting our client’s needs. By implementing these improvements, we helped our client achieve their goals and improve the overall quality of their software product.

As the project enters its third phase, iLAB is taking a proactive approach to software quality assurance. Our team is now involved in the development process earlier, using automated unit testing and our proprietary Enterprise Test Bus to ensure that code is clean and functions as intended. By transitioning to JIRA and Selenium, we can increase efficiency, reduce errors and defects, and ultimately deliver better results for our client. This approach not only improves the quality and consistency of the software but also helps to accelerate the time-to-market, ultimately leading to greater customer satisfaction.
