Beyond Corporate Purpose
As a proud member of groupelephant.com, iLAB contributes a percentage of its top-line revenue to ERP.ngo (including the PEACE Foundation). These are the organizations through which the group goes “Beyond Corporate Purpose” to have a meaningful economic impact on improving people’s lives and to help preserve and protect threatened species such as Elephants and Rhinos.
In addition, several iLAB staff members participate from time to time on a volunteer basis in the many activities in this area, such as the ERP Rangers, Bikes4ERP and learnerships.
Beyond Corporate Purpose.
Why are we so concerned about protecting elephants and rhinos, and alleviating poverty among rural people? Because Africa is now tragically losing around 4 elephants per hour and 5 rhinos per day, a problem largely created by poverty.
